    Refund policy

    Returns are accepted within 2 weeks after purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, unless there has been an error on my end. If the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped,  I will provide the buyer with a return shipping label and instructions upon receipt of such a request.
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any such claim must be made within 3 days of receiving the package. Please include photographs of the damaged items at the time of opening the package. I will need to include those as evidence in order to file a claim for damages with the carrier.
    Please make sure to carefully read the description of the pieces before making the purchase. I will gladly provide you with more information about my products, if needed.
    Damages and issues: I take great care in packaging my ceramics by wrapping and securing the pieces with multiple layers of cushioning and protection.
    To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
    To start a return, you can contact me at kavologist@kavology.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    If you made the purchase by mistake or if you change your mind about your purchase before it has been shipped, please contact me, and I will cancel that order.
    Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure that you enter the shipping address correctly. I am not responsible if a package is shipped back to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. In such cases, the package can either be reshipped to you at the correct address with the shipping cost invoiced to you prior to reshipping, or you can request a refund, in which case the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
    ***I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has marked them delivered.
    Refunds: I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    Please contact me if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and the refund still isn't there.
